Provet Cloud Mobile Application

Project outcome: A mobile application used by clinical staff to perform simple tasks quickly. This app represents a lite version of Provet's current web application.

Goals
To rebuild a vet mobile app and bring more features to it which allow users to:
See the appointment list, see appointment details and book a new appointment
Look up patient and client and go to their details, able to look up and check the patient's clinical history
See task list, mark task done, and create new tasks
Quickly look up the stock items and register stock entries
Hospital feature: Able to see treatment plan and change the status of the treatment items

For the company’s business, the goal is to increase the user base and support them with a mobile solution when the time calls for it.
Overview
The app was developed a long time ago and it didn’t support as much as users needed as its limited features offer. The project was kick-started in Q2 2021 and involved members did extensive research work and early sketches. The time I join in the project was when preliminary work was set up including ideas, deliverables, and design language.
About the application, Provet Mobile is a companion that supports users on the go or when they are not able to access to facility’s computer or connect to the internet. All necessary data will be fetched available on the user’s device and actions like searching, storing, and editing information will be at ease for the users.

User stories
A large animal veterinarian is visiting a customer at their property. They will be consulting a few horses. In the place, the internet is very unstable and all he wants to see is patient details and briefly look into their history.
The clinical staff has just received new stock from the wholesaler for the clinic and needs to upload the stock information to Provet Cloud.
A nurse has been assigned to assist a particular vet on certain cases today. They need to check the veterinarian's appointments and their own tasks to plan how they will manage their day.
Nurses need to see a patient treatment’s plan while they are with the patients.
Current highlights
This project is sectioned into parts and partially handed off to the development team.
